We offer a one-stop, seamless way to remodel your houses interior spaces. When it comes to remodeling, there is a design “hat” and a construction “hat,” and we oversee both, providing comprehensive design and construction services so that our clients have one point of contact for their entire project.

Our remodeling process begins with the form submission on our website to schedule a discovery call. The discovery call allows us to ask important questions about your project and give you an idea of the typical investment level that other homeowners have made for your type of project. After the discovery call we will meet on-site at your home to walk through a personalized customer folder to explain the steps of the project. Your folder will include a selections guide so you know what to shop for, a list of preferred vendors so you know where to select specialty items, projected project schedule, project agreement with progress payment information, change order forms and an overview of the entire process so you know where we’re headed and are able to ask any questions you have right at the start.  Following this meeting we will work on the design together and finalize selections based on your timeline. Once design and selections are chosen, we talk through the schedule for your construction process. The construction process is where our dedicated team and partners makes your vision come to life. 

While not all construction projects require designs, a detailed proposal/project scope is essential for a clear understanding of the project delivery, ensuring all parties are aligned before starting construction.

We offer complimentary estimates through our discovery call process to help homeowners in the early planning stages discover the investment their project will take so they can plan accordingly.

We offer concept plans,  a preliminary phase in project delivery, offering a glimpse into the finished project with detailed 3D renders and plans. In addition to concept plans we offer working construction drawings which are developed for project delivery, containing all details necessary for obtaining permits and guiding the construction phase.

The investment in design varies, starting at $2,500 and can go up to $10,000 or more, depending on the complexity and requirements of the construction projects that expand from one bathroom to an entire whole house remodel.

Yes, obtaining building permits is an integral part of our project process ensuring all construction projects comply with local regulations.

We advise that all material purchases go through our project team as it’s important that the orders are placed correctly, come in on time and in good condition. You may provide us with certain materials however we do not warranty owner-provided materials.

Although we primarily focus on kitchen and bathroom remodels, we often tackle larger renovations such as basement finishes with a bathroom and kitchen in addition to family rooms and wet bars. We can do anything up to an entire full interior remodel.
